Our canvases are printed and made to order just for you. Here's what to expect after you place your order.
Shipping cost
- United States: FREE standard shipping on every order.
- United Kingdom: FREE standard shipping on every order.
- Other countries: shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
- Processing: up to 2–4 business days while your item is printed and quality-checked.
- Shipping: up to 5–8 business days once your order ships.
- These are maximum estimates — many orders arrive sooner.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Carriers can be slower during the holiday season, so we recommend ordering early for gifts.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Address changes
Because each item is made to order, please email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is lost in transit, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo for damaged items). We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
